The Staging® Process

The Staging® Assessment

• We tour the property and provide a detailed list of recommendations for both the exterior and each room of the house. You receive a copy of this document. This takes two to three hours for an average 2,000 sq ft house.
• When the Assessment is complete, we review it with you and then can prepare a plan to get the house ready for the market.
• The Assessment is a flat fee service.

Completing the Work Plan

• You can elect to do the work yourself or hire third parties to do it. If you are too busy to supervise the work, we can do it for you. Rates quoted per job.

Staging® the Property

• The work has been completed and now it's time to add the marketing sizzle. We will rearrange the furniture, add accents where needed, and make your home stand out from the competition. Rates quoted per job.
